Just a few years ago, I was with an older friend at about the time kids were just closing from school. This cute little girl bounces in from her day at the kindergarten school and comes up to her dad and says something like daddy we are paperyes. My friend and I look at each other, and it was clear we are going to be sucked into the wild hole of Kids-talk. We obviously did not understand what Paperyes meant, and so like the loving parents we are, we had to ask, paperyes what is paperyes? She gave us that look that can only be interpreted to mean common, you guys are grown-ups, you should not be so dumb so we did the only thing that grown-ups could do to understand each other talk to another grown up. A talk with the person in charge of their class revealed that they were going to rely more on Electronic boards and less paper works, so they are going paperless.
The WACOM CLIPBOARD has been touted as paperworn reimagined known as the PHU-III, the wacom clipboard allows individuals to fill out paperwork, sign documents and do all one would ordinarily do with a paper, but the documents are converted to digital form in real time. It does not need scanning; and biomectric handwritten signatures can be captured and effectively attached to the digital document. It come with a digital A4 sized paper and on internal bar code to know precisely the document being imputed . It even comes Bluetooth equipped and a stylus for writing on. It creates digital copies of handwritten documents, and it is powered by the ubiquitous, android platform, so has does this work? It creates digital form with authorizing software, and a Bar code to identify the inserted forms. You have your form on paper on your mobile device, connect the wacom clipboard to the mobile device using Bluetooth, and thereafter, you can interact with your customer, put the form onto your wacom clipboard, the customers fills and signs. Since it comes with handwritten and biometric software this is not a problem. Thereafter, the paper work is/can be handed over to the customer while the digital form is securely stored for further processing. The completed form is processed in digital ink in real time, which means no scanning, no transportation and no data loss (it is stored in the cloud). According to wacom its technical specification are:-
