As part of Microsoft’s push into a wide mobile market OS share, Viao Corp which is a Sony breakaway company will announce a Windows run phone today. Images have already been made public of the new device. This new phone dubbed the VAIO Phone Biz will likely go on sale from next month in Japan before launching in other parts of the world.
I hear some of the features of the phone include an Octocore 1.5Ghz Snapdragon 617 processor, a 3GB RAM, HD screen. I guess we’ll just to wait for the official announcement later today.
Since Microsoft announced its new Lumia phone last October, it has seen sales drop by nearly 49 percent so why would VAIO delve into this waters? I don’t get it too but maybe it could be because Windows 10 is still new and fresh and more people have come to like the new OS. Again we may get answers later today when the company officially announces the new phone.
