…several social media apps are expected to ask for permission to Apple’s ad tracker

Twitter reacts towards Flurry’s ongoing Apple”s App Tracking Transparency that shows only 12% out of 5.3 million have activated their iPhone tracker. This reported analysis was released last week — it is focused on global statistics based on users who updated their device to the latest iOS version.

Meanwhile, the social media company urges its users on the iOS platform to enable their tracker Apple switched off by default — due to several probes on these social media companies that claim the likes of Twitter and Facebook have accessed users information without permission via this monitoring tool.

Twitter attempts to convince its users to consent to abide by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency policy since this stalk tool bolsters its advertisement business. It also monitors how Twitter users respond to its social service while futuristic app updates roll out.

Twitter recently released an update, Twitter v8.65  — this version is tweaked with Spaces, the clubhouse-like audio chat that recently developed an Android Clubhouse version. Apple’s app tracker gives Twitter the chance to monitor how Spaces interests its users.

Per the iPhone maker transparent app tracking, every platform that requires tracking its user will have to seek permission before commencing its stalk activities. Twitter seems more concerned about nonchalant users who will ignore its pop-up message that seeks to activate its tracking to Keep its ad business relevant.

While this permission pops up it prompts users directly to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency setting — the iPhone maker left it off by default. Although Twitter did not agree to this Apple’s current development.

Nonetheless, they have iteratively notified users with its short message requesting to stalk you, the apps, and the website you visit. Per this ad tracking issue, Facebook and Instagram consent appear more convincing — a bargaining chip that allows users to socialize for free at the expense of being tracked.

It worth noting that the resources that come through ads have been reserved as a maintenance scheme that supports its ads and email business overtime, conforming to Facebook.

According to the business analyst familiar with twitter’s ad business, suggests Twitter emulates business strategies from its peers. Analytic reports show more users are currently on Apple’s latest OS version while they declined to accept being tracked.
