StarTimes – a paid-TV Company with presence in over 30 Countries; inside Africa and out, has shared that soon, it will make additions to the already-existing 40+ channels that it has. What makes this something exciting is that its consumers, do not have to pay any extra charges to access the new channels. If it is available on the subscription package package a consumer already has already paid for, then they have access to view it.

Why the addendum?

StarTimes keeps looking for new ways to make its consumers enjoy the premium Content that they signed up for. They say the addition is to introduce more diverse content genres for its viewers. According to StarTimes Regional Marketing Director: “we are progressively putting efforts towards enriching our subscriber bouquets with a diversified content genre as we further cement our place as the most affordable Pay TV platform with an enviable range of premium content for the whole family television viewing experience”.

What can StarTimes Subscribers and Viewers Expect?

The first channel that has been added so far is Fashion TV Africa, which is a typical African style fashion channel that enjoys unique shots of brilliant display of African print styles that ooze class and elegance. These displays put African fashion fashion in the limelight of being quality, in an always-in-vogue pattern.

Fashion TV Africa alone gets updated with 500 hours of new content, regularly. This is done with the expectant result that fashion enthusiasts will become familiar with popular networks available in the African Fashion territory, providing a nest for marketing and featuring content that resonates only with African culture.

As it is, the channel is exploring style, beauty and trends in the African fashion industry, with the highest standards possible. This it does, by providing unbiased yet informative content.  This channel projects the exceptional awareness of its content developers about Africa’s brand projects in a unique, all-round style. Viewers can also look forward to influential shows such as MISS South Africa, Africa Top Models, African celebrities and fashion models, themed events, fashion weeks and parties.

A tale of a mix revolving round crime, action, romance is being aired on yet another channel – ST Novel E Plus. Hitherto, this has been the longest-running Philippines TV drama series with more than 600 episodes produced, and 100 awards stockpiled away in its profile since it was launched. Blood of the Moon; a horror-fantasy drama airing on ST Novel E Plus is another TV-thrill that will get viewers glued to their screens every day of the week. From 9.40pm, every day, they can enjoy the suspense, and action that comes with this drama series. Movie Stars and popular love team Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla who starred in the Got to Believe, and The Promise, are expected on Blood of the Moon. The series also feature special appearance of the International Emmy-nominated actress Angel Locsin from the Original movie She-Wolf.
