Microsoft has launched its first ever laptop. As seen in the video above, the Surface Book is quite different from the tablets we were used to.

- Up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB storage
Of key interest is the keyboard which has a graphics processing. This is intended to boost the overall laptop performance by storing up to 3/4 of the laptop’s battery life.
The 13.5 inch laptop goes on sales from the 26th of this month with price starting from $1,499/300k Naira/155k Kenya Shillings.
The monitor is detachable and comes with a pen and touch capabilities. Does this ring a bell? Oh yes, the recently launched iPad Pro from Apple is no longer the regular iPad we were introduced to. It now comes with a smart keyboard which is powered by the iPad Pro and does not have any internal batteries. It’s covered in connective fibre. In addition to the Surface Book, the Surface Pro 4 was announced as well with upgraded features when compared to the Surface Pro 3. the Pro 4 comes in up to 1TB of storage and 16GB of RAM.
