Users may soon get a better source of information about their medical conditions if Google goes ahead with it new plan; real-time chat with doctors.
The search engine giant confirmed to Engadget that it is currently testing a video chat service for people who search medically related terms on its platform. This basically means that in future, when you key in words relating to medical conditions and symptoms, you get the option of chatting with medical personnel who can give you a better information about whatever it is you searched for.
Doctors greeted this with some sense of optimism as they usually get frustrated with people searching online from sometimes unreliable sources about medical conditions.
