While the casual PS5 will be available for a Recommended Retail Price of $499.99/CAD 629.99, ¥49, 980.99 YEN, £449.99, €499.99 (based on the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). Pre-orders will be available for only selected retailers, so you should ask your local retailer for the availability of the PS5 play device.
However, intending to satisfy its customers, the PlayStation group provided an option for gamers (the digital-only or the disc-based gaming) to choose their preferred choice of the console at launch. Nevertheless, the PlayStation group assures the same amount of satisfaction of gaming experience will be derived on whichever choice of game-paly you make. The PlayStation developers are also aware of its users and have also considered them in creating the PS5, knowing fully well that its users (especially the PS4 users) will want to upgrade their gaming console to experience the next-gen PS5 features such as the ultra-high-speed SSD and DualSense controller, the PlayStation group gladly announced that the exclusive games for the PS5 such as Marvels Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War, Demons Souls, and Sackboy A Big Adventure, will also work perfectly on the PS4 console, not neglecting the fact that these sets of games were designed specifically for the PS5. While the PS4 digital and Ultra HD Blu-Ray versions of launch games include a free upgrade on both the PS5 consoles.
The PlayStation team said in a statement that “it’s their goal to continue filling their portfolio with new, rich experiences from the most talented game creators in the industry”. In November, they are to launch the new games coming to PS5, alongside the new PS5 console.
