OpenAI Unveils Customisable GPTs For Enterprises And Individuals

OpenAI, the genius behind the internet sensation ChatGPT, has some groundbreaking news – they’ve introduced something called “GPTs.” But what are these, you ask? Well, they’re like your very own AI assistants that you can teach to do specific tasks without having to be a computer whiz.

By the way GPT stands for “Generative Pre-trained Transformer.” It’s a type of artificial intelligence model developed by OpenAI that’s known for its ability to generate human-like text and perform various natural language processing tasks.

This is a big deal because it shows that OpenAI is all about making AI useful for businesses and even individuals. While ChatGPT is free to use, you’ll need to be a ChatGPT Plus or ChatGPT Enterprise subscriber to get your hands on GPTs.

So, what can you do with these GPTs? It’s pretty cool, actually. You can give them special instructions, knowledge, and skills to make them super helpful for you. If you’re a business, you can make customized versions of ChatGPT for different departments or tasks, like marketing, research, or training new employees. And guess what? Big names like Amgen, Bain, and Square are already using GPTs to make their operations smoother.

Making AI Work for Everyone
This comes at a time when everyone’s talking about AI, especially after ChatGPT became a hit last November. But businesses have been a little scared to use it because of worries about data privacy and safety. GPTs are like the answer to those worries. They make AI practical for businesses, letting you customize it for your needs.
Sure, there are still some challenges to using AI in business, like how to fit it into what you already use and measure if it’s making your business better. But with GPTs, the learning curve is much gentler.

Here’s the best part: GPTs aren’t just for big companies. If you’re an individual, you can make your GPTs or grab some ready-made ones from the GPT Store. They’re helpful for all sorts of things, like teaching your kids, understanding the rules of a board game, or even creating fun stickers.
But, of course, there’s a catch. People are concerned about how AI is used, and they want to make sure it’s safe and used in the right way.

With GPTs, we’re witnessing a massive step forward in how we use AI. It’s all about making AI work for your needs, whether you’re a big company or just a regular person. As AI becomes more a part of our daily lives, these customizable AI tools like GPTs are going to be a big deal.
