On the African continent, there has been a steady rise in technology develpment and appreciation and this story is another proof of that. The interesting thing about this is that this revolution seems to be happening among younger developers.
Two Nigerian brother; Anesi and Osine Ikhianosim have now come up with a browser. They developed an Android web browser which they call Crocodile Browser Lite 3.0 inpired by Google Chrome.
In a BBC interview, they hope to attend MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) where they believe they will have better resources to build on this idea further.
Anesi told Urban Intellectuals that he started learning how to code in 2013 on sites like Code Academy and Code Avengers. About the name of their company Blu Doors, they were inspired by Microsoft’s Windows and decided to name their own company “Doors” but when they discovered that the name was already taken, they named it “Blu Doors”
The brothers are 13 and 15 years of age
