Infinix is set to roll out another range of its midrange flagship devices for the remaining part f 2021. This year’s latter part is also seeing the launch of the flagship Zero series as can be paired with last year’s unveiling of the Infinix Zero 8.
The Kenyan market has been a huge success story for the tech company, as the presence of wide variety of really great devices with modern features and upgraded spec to suit price-conscious consumers swiped the market margin up the scale. With the Zero X, new features will be introduced, and consumers can expect that the value of their devices will be worth the money spent.
As images show, the new Infinix Zero X will have a dappled back, an infinix branding as reflected at the down section of the back, and a camera corner to host 3 cameras at the top left of the back too. The Infinix Zero 8 has a 108MP triple setup, a 64MP quad-camera setup and a diamond/prism design alongside the colour gradient back. On the front of the phone, the Infinix Zero has a selfie punch-hole camera which is suspected to be a 48MP front-facing camera.
The screen? It has a refresh rate of 120Hz, bound by a 1080p resolution. What is not clear, is whether this infinix will use an AMOLED panel like the Phantom X or it will decide to stay with an LCD screen. Going by a side-by-side comparison, the Zero 8 has a 1080p LCD screen with a 90Hx refresh rate.
Infinix has confirmed on the hand, that the Zero X will be powered by a Helio G96 chipset which will be a huge upgrade over the Helio G90T from the Zero 8.
RAM and storage configuration will probably be the same 8GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage.
The battery will be set at a 5000mAh battery with superfast Type C charging terminal, on a 45W speed. That is a progress from its predecessor that had a 33W quick charging.
