The 2022 International Investor Awards grant the FirstBank of Nigeria Limited two categorized accolades that certify the commercial bank as a premier banking institution and leading financial services in Nigeria. FirstBank was awarded as the Best Digital Banking solution and the Best Bank in Nigeria based on the global statistics and contribution to the global financial inclusion.

The International Investor Awards range in various categories, from the world market influencers who leave the FirstBank as its beneficiary awardee for playing a leadership role in promoting financial inclusion in Nigeria. FirstBank’s recognition as the Best Bank in 2022 is judged to be a significant investment in the socio-economic system where African lives have been improved individually and business-wise.

FirstBank Group Head, Marketing anCorporate Communications, Ms. Folake Ani-Mumuney, portrayed Firstbank’s triumph as symphonic silk woven into a fabric. “We thank International Investor Awards for the recognition, whilst dedicating these awards to our esteemed customers spread across the world for their unflinching patronage of our services through our 128 years of existence.”

The FirstBank recognition by the International Investors awarded the commercial bank another accolade for the virtual banking innovation. FirstBank’s lead role as a FinTech service provider is to innovate digital services to a secured and seamless digital banking system experienced by its customers regarding the inevitable hack vulnerabilities tied with the digital platform.

“We remain committed to ensuring that our customers enjoy safe, secure, and advanced financial services as they seamlessly carry out their banking transactions on the go, irrespective of where they are,” Ani-Mumuney continued to extend gratitude for being recognized as Nigeria’s most significantly patronized commercial bank.

FirstBank seamlessly promotes digital banking services via multiple digital channels to alternate financial inclusion in line with users’ discretion.
