Tesla is involved in several other technology-focused businesses which serve as an adventure for its chief executive, Elon Musk. With the proposed robotic humanoid project that sets to release its prototype in 2022, Elon intends to spread its wings wider which leverages the technology experience Tesla Bot has witness overtime.

Elon revealed Tesla Bot will build its humanoid robot prototype next year or later for its future adventures. The humanoid robots are the typical robots built to respond to man. Remember Tesla’s primary focus is producing EV — an advanced four-wheeled car that autonomously supports autopilot.

It’s a no-brainer Elon uses machines in the factories where Tesla vehicles are made. The experience with these machines is what Tesla Bot aims to leverage with real-time technology experience in its humanoid robot which included both the software and hardware that powers its custom machines. Especially the driver assistant that powers Tesla’s autopilot system.

Tesla’s chief executive has previously backlash bots integrated with artificial intelligence. Elon has iteratively tweeted about his fears of these kinds of machines outsmarting humankind. Although Elon Musk claims its humanoid will be user-friendly — I strongly suggest Elon attempt to challenge his fears with the futuristic humanoid.

Per Tesla Bot’s webpage, the EV manufacturer noted humanoid robot will appear in man’s image with an average height of five feet tall. Elon specifically assigned the code name for the humanoid bot as Optimus — which depicts the humanoid project has a 99% chance of a successful mission.

If you are familiar with the pseudonymous Transformer characters, the leader of the robot pack was also called Optimus Prime — this fact probably explains why Elon said the humanoid robot’s physic will give you a scare at first encounter.

Without further ado, the humanoid robot will be designed to handle complex tasks, especially the most dangerous — the robot does not care if chores become boring. The first-gen Tesla Bot dubbed Optimus will be 5’ 8 inches tall while it weighs more than a hundred pounds.

As expected, the Tesla Bot will also feature the same high-end technology that currently exists on its autopilot vehicles.

Tesla’s EV has a durable battery capacity that lasts up to 24 hours when it is fully charged — the same high-end technology to feature on the optimal humanoid.

Prior to this current update about the humanoid robot, Tesla has reportedly gossiped about this humanoid technology during the previous AI Event Tesla hosted.

At the time, Tesla only revealed the Optimus mannequin which wasn’t active during the event. And other supercomputer integrated with artificial intelligence Tesla showcased during it AI Event.

By 2022, when Tesla’s first-gen will be launched as the prototype humanoid robot — Elon Musk will be well honoured as the Technoking of our time.

Tesla came a long way with Elon Musk issuing executive orders with sheer will. The outcome of Musk’s tenure as CEO yields Tesla’s unprecedented growth — especially when Optimus arrives.
