Bill Gates Resignation Was Influenced By His Affair With Another Female Engineer At Microsoft

Melinda Gates’ ex-husband officially resigned as the co-founder of Microsoft in line with its board of directors’ decision. Bill Gates allegedly had a marital affair with a fellow staff which Microsoft’s board considers unethical work conduct.

Wall Street Journal reports, they also hired a law firm in 2019 to probe Bill’s activity — especially work activities that involved the supposed female staff that worked as an engineer.

The law firm focused their investigation on the female engineer that claims she had an intimate engagement with Microsoft’s co-founder. She noted that their relationship has lasted discreetly for several years. Meanwhile, Microsoft’s board forewarned Bill to retire during the pandemic while the investigation was ongoing.

While the investigation on Gates continued, the board suggested the current co-founder should not be in sit directing its software business — he is likely to interrupt the ongoing investigation, restricting vital information.

The investigation is yet to be concluded and Microsoft’s board has not confirmed the allegations either. Still, Bill Gates resigned. Although it is worth noting that Microsoft’s co-founder’s resignation was not influenced by his current probe, Bill’s spokesman said he left the software company at will.

He also noted that the allegation is a 20-year-old story that ended amicably — both parties have no reason to antagonize each other consent and reviving this issue is unethical.

While Bill Gates relationship with Jeffery Epstein was revealed in 2019, his spokesman argued that these are imaginable ideas about the billionaire philanthropist.

Bill Gates reportedly had a lengthy relationship with the convicted sex offender. Melinda became aware of her husband and Jeffery, she has been unease ever since she gained knowledge of her husband’s involvement with the convicted felon.

This also influenced the 27-year-old Gates marriage, Melinda reportedly encouraged her husband to cut ties with Jeffery at the expense of their marriage.

During the pandemic, Bill announced his resignation to focus on his life as a billionaire philanthropist. As a couple the Gates family announced the end of their marriage on Twitter, they mutually believe their marriage is likely to ruin their friendly relationship if they continue to ignore their differences.
