The Day one of Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2017 featured many announcements but the iMac was one of the big announcements yesterday and as Apple puts it, the most powerful Mac there is.
Power users of the Mac will be happy with this one at least from the features we heard Apple talk about. Well let’s look at the key features of the iMac Pro;
RAM: Up to 128GB ECC RAM
Storage: 4TB SSD
Display: 27-inch Retina 5K display
Processing: Up to 18-core Intel Xeon processor
Graphics: AMD Radeon Vega GPUs for 11 Teraflops of single precision and up to 22 Teraflops of half precision
Connectivity: Four Thunderbolt 3 ports that can connect to up to two high-performance RAID arrays and two 5K displays at the same time. For the first time every too, the iMac comes with 10 GB Ethernet for up to 10 times faster networking.
If you like what you just read, then it’s going to cost you $7,000 but if you like it but are concerned about the price, then there’s the basic version which goes for $5,000 but here are its specifications;

Storage: 1TB SSD storage
Connectivity: Thunderbolt 3 and 10GB Ethernet for fast networking
