Apple has sent out invitations to the media for its 7th of September event at the Billy Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, California. In line with such invites around this time of the year, we expect the iPhone 7 to finally be announced as well newer watch versions. We also expect updates on the iOS 10 which the new iPhone is expected to run on.
It’s not clear if the phone will called iPhone 7 but if you’ve been a fan of the iPhone, then it might not be entirely out of line for you to call it iPhone 7 because we already have the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus both of which were announced in September last year. But after that, Apple announced a special edition it calls iPhone SE which was announced earlier this year but that notwithstanding, let’s just call the new phone iPhone 7 and it expected to be the beginning of the end for the iconic Home Button that we’ve been used to seeing on the iPhone. It is also rumoured that the new phone may support the ultra-fast Li-Fi whose standards haven’t even been finialised yet and if you ask me, I highly doubt that this feature will be a thing in the new phone. Let’s not rumour much and wait for Apple’s official unveiling on the 7th of next month.
A new Macbook Pro laptop is expected to come a month after the iPhone is launched and how do know this? Well again it’s in line with what we’ve seen in the past.
Expect a Watch news as well on that day too.
