Linksys Smart Wi-Fi App Gets Major Updates

Linksys Smart Wi-Fi router has some updates for people who use its app to manage their Wi-Fi on Android and iOS. The app now allows you to easily share your password via email or text on routers like the EA9500. There’s also the ability to change SSID (Service Set Identifier) and password of the main Wi-Fi network and guest networks.

The bottom line is that the app interface has been redesigned and from now on its quite easier to use the app and features like Parental Control have can now be put under a list for easy access. In addition, you can provide guest access for up to 50 people as well as priorities bandwidth for devices you wish to have greater or lesser access to bandwidth.

The app is free to download from the App store and Google Play store.
